Cultivating Self-Expression and Intercultural Understanding Through Art.
The Youth exchange aims to foster personal growth and development among the participants while promoting their independence and self-expression.This program will be hosted in a dedicated art hall and outdoor space, utilizing non-formal learning methods to cultivate a safe and supportive environment for the participants. The program will encourage participants to experiment with diverse artistic forms, including street art and storytelling.
Through these artistic activities, young people will have the opportunity to explore issues that are relevant to them, such as social justice, equality, personal identity, and cultural heritage. By creating a secure space for self-expression, participants can openly express their ideas and emotions while engaging in intercultural dialogues with their peers from different backgrounds.
The objectives of the program is to equip participants with essential skills needed in their future while addressing the current needs of youth. These objectives will be achieved through various activities and workshops that aim to help young people manage stress, prioritize mental health, express themselves through art, and explore their interests. Furthermore, the program will offer participants the opportunity to travel and meet other youth from various parts of Europe, providing them with access to resources necessary to participate in society, develop their abilities, and build their networks of peers and mentors.
