Youth Exchange – Creative Horizons: Fostering Growth and Well-being through Artistic Exchange

Creative Horizons: Fostering Growth and Well-being through Artistic Exchange

The Youth Exchange is designed to promote the personal growth, creativity and overall well-being of the participants. Using non-formal learning methods, the programme creates a nurturing environment both indoors and outdoors spaces. It encourages participants to engage with different artistic forms such as street art and storytelling while addressing important issues such as social justice, equality, personal identity and overall well-being.

Daily creativity not only provides individuals with new perspectives to address problems, but also promotes mental and emotional health. Such innovative tendencies, whether in the professional or personal context, have the potential to enhance everyday tasks and transform them into enriching opportunities for growth and exploration.

The programme aims to provide participants with essential life skills that are critical for their future, while addressing the immediate needs of the youth. Through a mix of activities and workshops, participants are guided to manage stress, prioritise their mental health and articulate their feelings artistically.

In addition, the programme provides an opportunity for participants to network with young people from all over Europe and broaden their horizons.
